Sega sports World Series Baseball 2K3//Animatrix

Easily the best baseball video game I have ever played..you gotta see this. Graphics are unreal and it's really cool the way they make the whole thing like an ESPN broadcast. I highly reccomend it.

I also reccomend getting the "Animatrix" 9 animated short films that dig deeper into the history of the matrix. The animation and graphics are awesome. Comes on one DVD..If you like Anime then you really got to check this out.

I got PS2 ..I know absolutely nothing about playing games on PC but you can get the game for your PC if you want.

i played 2k2 on dreamcast and it was sweet... very fluid motions and i love listening to my friend cuss up a storm when i break him off a nasty Pedro change up and he swings well before the ball is there.

great game.. but 2k4 should be out, shouyldnt it ?

Well it's the newest release and it's called 2003..unless I'm mistaken. It's sweet you can play with the old school baggy uni's..or play with the Legends team and be Ernie Banks or Robin Yount, Stan Musial, Harmon Kilabrew..etc

Also if you have not checked out NBA Street volume 2, do so...Game is awesome.

jateeluv - I was strictly an EA sports guy until Sega started making their games. These are the only two companies I buy from when it comes to sports games (and that pretty much all i play) Triple play sucks IMO

Hockey is great! Real fun when you hook up the Multi tap and geta bunch of fools playing each other. My alltime favorite is FIFA 2002 ...they changed the buttons around for 2003 which sucked. Tiger woods 2003 is a close second.

yeah fifa 2002 was really really nice...the world cup game in my opinion, the game play was so authentic! Check out the World Cup game, but you can only be one team throughout the world cup which sucks!

if you like hockey..ea sports hockey series will be ur favorite game hands down.

I have MVP Baseball 2004 for PS2 and wasn't that impressed as much as I thought I would be. EA Sports isn't what it use to but have to give kudos to NBA Live 2003

I would have to say the best video game for baseball is by far...High Heat. I play it on the x-box. It has the wekest graphics of all the baseball games, but they're good enough. It is by far the most realistic. It incorporates foul balls, and super realistism according to statistics. When playing a season, you must manage your bullpen properly like in real baseball, and monitor starting pitchers pitch counts, etc. Haven't seen anything close to this kind of realism with any of the other baseball games. Guess if graphics are more important, the other games are better, but for simulation baseball experience...High Heat is the one.
